Raymond James Quigleys Legacy

Raymond James Quigley was stabbed and died in January 2023. His mother Margaret Oakes of North Walsham in Norfolk decided to do something to help the community as a legacy.

I felt I needed to do something in his name and memory. I saw on the news another family going through the exact same situation we were. They were fundraising to provide Bleed Control Kits in public places to save lives in memory of their angel. I decided this would be something I would like to do as well. A Bleed Control Kit may possibly have helped James if there had been one close-by when he was stabbed.
