It's simple
By its nature, a website is generally hosted on a separate server from your in-house business systems. Therefore the support and development of your website can be managed separately to your existing IT set up.
Providing you have ownership of the hosting/domain name we can take responsibility for your website. We can work in partnership with your existing management and IT resources if necessary. Responsibilities can be defined and service levels agreed.
Costs
We will work within an agreed, fixed budget so that your costs, initial and ongoing, are known with no surprises.
We've done it! Large and Small
We are currently supporting the website for a large mobile phone company.
The website was developed by a 3rd party, but the company found our rates much more competitive for ongoing support. We work in partnership with their existing IT team and help support any peaks in the work load. We have also supported skills transfer to enable their own staff to take on some of the day to day work.
On occasion it has been necessary for us to take over a customer's unfinished website. We have assigned resources, upgraded the site and then continued to support it once it went live.
